For beginners, we strongly recommend an introductory Private Session, one-on-one with a Personal Instructor, to evaluate your body/injuries/ailments, introduce you to the apparatus & movements, and discuss any modifications your body may personally need. To schedule an introductory Private Session, email us with an ideal date and time for your first session. If you are interested only in Group Classes, mention you are beginner level to your instructor & they'll give you an introduction.

Please arrive early to find parking and fill out our New Client Waiver. Group Classes begin promptly at their start time. After 10 minutes, the warm up has completed, it is not safe to drop in, and you might be turned away from your class.
